How many amps are needed for a blower?
Each blower requires an outlet connected to a 15-amp circuit breaker.
What size extension cord do I need for the inflatable?
If you do not use the extension cords we provide, 12AWG or thicker extension cords are ideal.
Can I plug 2 blowers into the same outlet?
No, one blower consumes a minimum of 9 amps. Plugging 2 blowers into the same outlet (typically 15AMP) can impair the performance of our blowers or even damage them.
What should I do if the blower isn't working?
Make sure the blower is switched to “ON” and properly plugged in. If it is, test your wall outlet (the breaker might have tripped). If your outlet works, plug in the extension cord and test it (the problem could also be with the extension cords). If all these steps have been followed and the blower still isn’t working, call our emergency line to notify us.
What should I do if the inflatable isn't inflating?
Check that all zippers are securely closed. Verify that the blower is functional, properly installed in an upright position, and not lying on its side.
How do I calculate portions for cotton candy?
1 kg bag of sugar = approximately 35 portions (depending on the size of your cotton candy)
How do I calculate portions for the slush machine?
With one of our double slush machines filled to maximum capacity, you can serve up to 50 cups (depending on their size).
How do I calculate portions for the popcorn machine?
1 packet of popcorn = approximately 5-7 small bags.
What are the pickup and return hours?
Pickups are generally on Fridays between 9 AM and 5 PM, and returns on Mondays between 9 AM and 12 PM (late fees may apply if you do not notify an employee).
How to dismantle an inflatable game
Turn off and unplug the blowers, then open the zippers to release as much air as possible before folding and rolling the inflatable. Do I need to clean the inflatable before returning it?
You are not required to wash the inflatable before returning it; our employees are paid to do it😉 However, it is greatly appreciated if you keep the inflatable as clean as possible!
Should I anchor the inflatable for more safety?
It is ideal to anchor your inflatable with stakes or sandbags for added safety, but it is not mandatory if the inflatable is placed on flat ground and the outdoor temperature is suitable.
What is the maximum distance from an inflatable to a power outlet?
The shorter the distance = the shorter the extension cord = the better the blowers perform.
Our longest extension cords are 100 feet.
If it's very windy, can I still use the inflatable?
Ensure that winds do not exceed 20 km/h and that the inflatable is well-anchored to ensure maximum safety during your event.
If I rent a generator, how many blowers can I plug in?
Our generators can each power 2 blowers at a time.
Why isn't my slush freezing?
Make sure the recipe has been followed: 1 liter of neutral base + 4 liters of water. If you add anything else, such as 1 liter of flavor syrup, it might not freeze. The outdoor temperature can affect freezing time = the hotter and more humid it is, the longer the slush will take to freeze.
How long does it take to fill the Dunk Tank?
Using a hose with a regular water flow, it takes an average of 45 minutes to fill the Dunk Tank.
Is it possible to cancel my reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances or bad weather?
Yes, it is possible to cancel or postpone your reservation up to 48 hours before your event. A 25% deposit will be converted into a credit note valid for all other rentals for a period of one year.
How many children can be in an inflatable?
Approximately 6 to 8 children, depending on the size of the inflatable or even the height of the children. One teenager or adult is equivalent to 2 children in the inflatable. Calculate the number of participants accordingly.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Allow approximately 15 to 20 minutes per inflatable for setup and a little more for equipment teardown.
Can I transport the inflatable in my vehicle?
Most of our inflatables can be transported in an SUV or a minivan. Some larger ones will require a trailer or a pickup truck. Before taking possession, please inquire with customer service.
Can you deliver the inflatable?
All our inflatables can be delivered according to our schedule and route availability. Delivery is not included in the price.
Are the inflatables well-maintained?
Despite the age and use of some of our inflatables, all our products are inspected, cleaned, and tested after each rental. It is important for us to offer you well-maintained and efficient equipment. (In case of broken equipment during your event, please notify us)
How do I book an artist/entertainment?

Do I have access to electricity, and if so, where are the outlets?

How do I make a reservation?
By phone: Contact us at 450 675-2235. We will guide you through your requests and provide you with a quote by email.
If you wish to proceed with your quote, our team will send you a contract and an invoice by email. Your reservation will be confirmed once the contract is signed.
What happens in case of rain, freezing rain, and strong winds?
For safety reasons, our equipment must not be installed outdoors during rain, freezing rain, and strong winds. It is possible to cancel or postpone your reservation up to 48 hours before your event. The 25% deposit will be converted into a credit note valid for all other rentals for a period of one year.
If the equipment is already outdoors when bad weather approaches, it is important to turn off all electrical equipment and put it away. Inflatables must be folded in half so that rain falls on the outer layer of the inflatable. Removing the water will be much simpler for you. Don’t forget that an inflatable filled with water is extremely heavy!
What is the required age? Can an adult accompany?
We have categorized all our inflatables according to the age groups they target. It is important to follow these recommendations for several reasons: participant enjoyment, inflatable maintenance, participant safety, etc.
An adult can accompany a child in the inflatables. The presence of one adult is equivalent to two children in the inflatable. Calculate the number of participants accordingly.

How do I properly dismantle an inflatable?
To simplify the task, we have prepared a short video showing the easiest way to roll up an inflatable and to help you avoid injury while folding it. A rolled-up inflatable is easier to move and lift.

Am I sufficiently equipped electrically?
Each blower requires an independent 15-amp (120-volt) electrical outlet. We indicate the number of electrical outlets needed in the description of each inflatable.
Do you have insurance?
We carry 5 million in liability insurance. Please note that inflatable game rentals are not covered by your personal insurance. In the event of an incident, your company will refuse any compensation by transferring responsibility to the merchant you dealt with. You will be left to face the challenges on your own. A merchant without insurance exposes you to unnecessary risks.
Are the inflatables well-maintained?
Our inflatables are inspected, cleaned, and tested after each rental. It is important for us to provide you with well-maintained and efficient equipment.
